FAQ

Find answers about testing, privacy, and getting the support you need.

Is testing confidential?

Absolutely. Your test results are confidential. No one sees them but you. We protect your privacy completely because we know it matters.

What happens during testing?

Testing is quick and straightforward. A provider takes a sample, usually blood or urine. Results come back in days. You can discuss what comes next with a doctor.

Where can I get tested?

Our vending machines offer testing kits throughout eastern Nebraska. You can also schedule a test with a clinic or walk-in for a visit. Find more information about our clinics on our locations page.

What if I test positive?

A positive result isn't a cause for panic. A variety of treatment is available and effective, including treatments for HIV, Hep C, and syphilis. You'll get guidance on next steps and resources to help you stay safe.

Do I need insurance?

No. Testing and treatment are available regardless of insurance status. Cost should never stop you from knowing your status.
